• Internal records including name, address, contact details, pet details & home access details will be kept for 1 year from ceasing services.

• Newsletter consents will be kept as long as your subscription is active;

• Comment consent will be kept as long as the article is still active;

We may share your personal information with any member of our group (which means our subsidiaries Ollie’s Pet Boutique & Ollie & Penny).

All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers or (in the case of payment information) those of our secure payment provider. Internal records are kept in our secure home office under lock & key with no connection between name, address and keys. Where our suppliers are based outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”) the data that we collect from you may be transferred to, or stored at, a destination outside the EEA. This includes staff engaged in, among other things, the processing of your payment details and the provision of support services. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
